The Role
We’re looking for a visionary Chief Revenue Officer who will spearhead revenue strategy and execution. As our CRO, you will be responsible for identifying and scaling new revenue streams, forging strategic partnerships, and driving long-term financial growth—all within an equity-based compensation framework. Your work will ensure that every initiative not only supports our mission but also creates sustainable value for our stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Revenue Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that leverage both traditional and innovative models to drive growth.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing channels, ensuring alignment with our social mission and startup culture.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Forge and nurture key partnerships with corporate entities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to enhance revenue streams and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Growth:
- Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate revenue performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to optimize pricing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue team, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and social impact goals.
- Investor & Stakeholder Relations:
- Engage with current and prospective investors to communicate revenue growth plans, performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders that highlight progress and opportunities.
Who You Are

- Proven track record in revenue leadership within high-growth startups or social enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative revenue models in dynamic environments.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker:
- Highly analytical, with a strong aptitude for using data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable with setting measurable KPIs and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborative Leader:
- A natural relationship-builder who can inspire teams and forge strong external partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex revenue strategies in a clear and actionable manner.
